Days Gone By utilizes a vigorous application and interview process which allows us to employ a unique and dedicated staff. Our employees are challenged to offer the very best care, education, and interactions to all children and families each day. All teachers are certified in Early Childhood Education and are highly qualified individuals. Our teaching staff works hard to offer learning experiences that meet the individual needs of the children in their group through observation and intentional teaching opportunities.

Teachers are required to be certified in CPR and First Aid, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Reduction, and Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) Reduction trainings. They are also required to continue their education every year.
